Question by : What happens if I take Real Mass Weight Gaining supplements but don’t work out?
Im a skinny hardgainer and i want to gain weight. If i barely workout and take Gaspari Nutrition Real Mass protein shakes without working out, will i just get fat or will nothing happen at all?

You will gain fat. Working out causes you to use the nutrients in the mass gainer for lean tissue building. Without working out you consume the same amount of calories but it will be stored as excess energy in the form of fat.

Chino Hills Boot Camp Trainer Tips For Greater Calorie Burn & Weight Loss

Chino Hills Boot Camp Trainer Tips For Greater Calorie Burn & Weight Loss

Chino Hills, CA (PRWEB) December 19, 2011

California residents who are concerned about maintaining a healthy weight know that they need to burn as many calories at the gym as possible. The problem is that not everyone has a full hour or several hours every day to expend a high number of calories. Chino Hills boot camp programs are designed to assist people in scheduling more time for fitness and providing the most effective workout for fat loss.

“The main problem we see at our Chino Hills boot camp is the person who comes in and says, ‘I’ve been doing cardio nonstop, but I’m not burning enough calories or losing enough weight.’ Cardio addicts really shoot themselves in the foot,” says Chino Hills boot camp trainer and fitness expert Dr. Sam Bakhtiar. “Active muscle building is what ultimately boosts a person’s metabolism in the long run. Remember, muscle burns calories. Sure, cardio is good for heart health, body conditioning and endurance, but if you want to get ripped, you really need strength training to keep your metabolism functioning efficiently and burning fat.”

In addition to combining both strength training and cardio, as they do at Chino Hills boot camp, Dr. Sam Bakhtiar has the following advice for people who want the maximum calorie burn during their workouts…

1. Train using intervals. Whether someone is jumping rope, running, cycling, participating in a Chino Hills boot camp or whatever, interval training will burn way more calories than keeping an even pace throughout the workout. People tend to start off with high intensity and gradually slow down as the workout wears on. Instead, exercisers should work out with a high intensity for a minute and “recover” at a slower pace for three minutes. Then, they can take it back up to a rigorous level again for a minute.

2. To burn even more calories, try alternating shorter intervals – like 30 seconds of high intensity activity followed by a 90 second recovery. This up-and-down workout is not only great for busting calories, but also has benefits for the heart as well. Studies show that interval training burns roughly three times’ as many calories as working out at one consistent pace.

3. Join a Chino Hills boot camp program to burn a heavy load of calories, build muscle and melt fat in a relatively short period of time. Without supplements or gimmicks, participants are able to lose up to 20 pounds in two months. A Chino Hills trainer sits down with all new members to develop a custom nutrition plan to facilitate greater weight loss and ensure everyone is adequately fueled for each workout. There is a special holiday promotion offering $ 100 off any program for people who text FITCONCEPTS to 77453.

Dieting Can Make You Fat: New Book Offers Groundbreaking Concepts That Defy Common Thinking About Weight Loss

Dieting Can Make You Fat: New Book Offers Groundbreaking Concepts That Defy Common Thinking About Weight Loss

Dian Griesel explains why all other diet and exercise advice to date is inherently designed to contribute to the growing epidemic of chronic obesity in Turbocharged.

(PRWEB) April 25, 2011

According to boomer-generation brother and sister authors Dian Griesel, Ph.D. and Tom Griesel, every well-known diet to date is destined to deliver loss of lean muscle mass, moodiness, disappointment and failure.

Building on an exotic car metaphor, the Griesels provide a compelling alternative to conventional dieting with a new 8-step roadmap to get readers on the road to eliminate excess body fat fast and forever. The roadmap is featured in their new book, TurboCharged: Accelerate Your Fat Burning Metabolism, Get Lean Fast and Leave Diet and Exercise Rules in the Dust (BSH, 2011).

While there are a plethora of books in the “diet/weight loss/exercise” genre, the TurboCharged™ program incorporates a number of distinctions.

Did you know…

3-5 mini-strength routines can maintain or reverse loss of muscle mass during dieting?
that the total time commitment for muscle retention can be accomplished in only 5 minutes per day?
eliminating aerobic and other strenuous exercise until a lean state is achieved is crucial to fat loss success?
aerobics and strenuous weight training are perceived as a threat by the brain and actually cause fat gain?
that fluids can be used to mimic bariatric surgery?
specific food groups, based on early human evolution, should not be combined at meals?

In commenting on the book, Harvey Schiller, Ph.D., Brig. Gen., USAF, Ret. and Former CEO of the United States Olympic Committee declares: “Finally a program that allows us to toss the exercise DVDs, failed diet programs, useless equipment and take control of our bodies! TurboCharged is what we’ve all been waiting for: a simple approach to better living and a powerful new lifestyle.”

According to the authors, TurboCharged™ requires no strenuous exercise, supplements or special equipment. The program describes exactly how to train your body to use excess body fat for energy, fast; explains everyday activities that will accelerate fat loss; teaches mini-exercises requiring only 3-5 minutes each day that will trigger fat-burning while

strengthening muscle; explains the ideal foods and how to eat them to burn your body fat fast; eliminates any related diet anxiety or moodiness; proves that you are truly getting younger; and provides easy ways to maintain your new lean and healthy body with minimal effort for life.

“We live in a society where we are quite literally eating ourselves to death,” writes Dr. Fred Pescatore, author of The Hamptons Diet, in the Foreword to TurboCharged. “Everyone says they want to ‘lose weight,’ but what we really need is to lose fat. TurboCharged puts the emphasis on body-fat percentage—a true indicator of your state of health and risk for certain food-related diseases, such as heart disease and stroke. The authors’ concept of the land of Leandom and the highway traveling there is a fantastic way to present what every one of us ultimately wants: to be lean and healthy.”

After spending 30 years working with scientific researchers while continuously experimenting with various diets, the Griesels explain why all other diet and exercise advice to date is inherently designed to contribute to the growing epidemic of chronic obesity. TurboCharged introduces groundbreaking concepts that defy common thinking about weight loss, and shares eight simple steps that successfully deliver body-defining rapid fat loss in record time, along with greater health and improved odds of longevity.

Srini Pillay, MD, Harvard psychiatrist and bestselling author of Life Unlocked, said: “I can’t imagine a better way for dieters to develop a healthier relationship with food, ‘TurboCharge’ their body fat loss, rev-up their energy, and stay remarkably youthful. From both a psychological and medical perspective, this one’s the Holy Grail.”

According to Dian Griesel, regardless of your age, current percentage of body fat, or scale weight, you can achieve a lean, awe-inspiring body by becoming “TurboCharged™.” Several testimonials within its pages detail the routes taken by others on their trip to the ultimate destination of “Leandom.”

Diet Doc HCG Diet & Weight Loss – The Lowest Priced Doctor, Supervised HCG Diet in the USA

Diet Doc HCG Diet & Weight Loss – The Lowest Priced Doctor, Supervised HCG Diet in the USA

DietDoc – HCG Diet Doctors

Seattle, WA (PRWEB) November 14, 2011

Diet Doc HCG Diet and Weight Loss conducted a survey of the larger HCG doctor clinics across the USA and found that the Diet Doc HCG Diet & Weight Loss is lower in price, yet offers more services and products in an all-inclusive program that is capable of shaving 1 pound of weight loss per day.

Many doctors are getting into the diet business by offering the original 1950′s Dr. Simeons HCG diet which promises dieters they will lose 1 pound per day if they consume 500 calories per day while taking injections of human chorionic gonadotropin(hcg), a human hormone made by chorionic cells in the fetal part of the placenta during pregnancy reports Julie Wright, president of HCG Weight Loss.

Diet Doc is the only modern-day version of the original 50 year old Dr. Simeons HCG Diet protocol that all other doctors are using. The reason doctors are using a 50 year old HCG diet, verses modernizing as Diet Doc did a few years ago, is true weight loss doctors require additional training in weight loss. The doctor must understand how each person’s medical condition, daily food intake, age, lifestyle, gender and preferences all play into weight loss. Many doctors simply do not have time for this additional training, nor do they have time to manage each person’s weight loss the way it needs to be done to get the weight off people, fast and safe. This is where Diet Doc leads the weight loss pack as we train doctors across the USA on our HCG diet as it’s the only HCG diet which is Dr. Oz approved. Diet Doc does not support a 500 calorie per day diet as all other doctors are offering. We have seen people lose hair, muscle (which leads to saggy skin), as well as experience extreme hunger and fatigue reports Wright.

Diet Doc offers the modern day version of a 50 year old HCG diet and developed 4 other diet programs rolled into one that then personalizes the diet for every person to achieve an average of 1 pound of weight loss per day. Unsure which diet works best, with various fad diets, such as the Cave Man Diet, Gerson Diet, Diet of Worms, Kourtney Kardashian Diet, Fat Joe Diet, Jonah Hill Diet, Reboot Diet, Esselstyn Diet, JWOWW Weight Loss Diet, Carrie Fisher Diet, the list goes on and on… None of these diets listed are doctor supervised and none listed have medical research to support it.

The problem with offering 500 calories per day is this is literal starvation. We frequently have people coming to us on the 500 calories with hair loss, extreme fatigue and hunger reports Wright. Diet Doc does not support a 500 calorie per day diet, but modernized a 1950 HCG diet into one that is safe, and that rolls 4 medically, supervised weight loss programs into one overall program that is then further personalized for each person taking into consideration their health history, age, gender, lifestyle and preferences reports Dr. Rao, medical director of Diet Doc.

Diet Doc offers one month of HCG medication, one month of weight loss shakes, one month of weight loss cooking/salad dressing oil that is clinically proven to help dieters start burning fat within 30 minutes of consuming, along with the Diet Doc workbook outlining the modern-day version of the Diet Doc HCG diet and a cookbook, plus unlimited nurse, doctor and weight loss consultant support 6 days per week is only $ 240 reports Wright. Most insurance companies reimburse for the majority of our Diet Doc program reports Wright, but each dieter is encouraged to verify with their health insurance company reports Wright.

Diet Doc HCG Diet and Weight Loss is passionate about helping people reduce their weight to avoid certain diseases and health conditions associated with being overweight. Diet Doc wants to keep their comprehensive, medically, supervised weight loss program affordable to many people, not just a select few. We often hear people comment that our pricing model is half of what other doctors are charging reports Wright. This is because our mission is to help people lose weight, train them on what specific foods will cause a weight loss reaction in their body. This is how they keep the weight off long term reports Wright. If we can do our best with each person, then we have gained the trust of many. This is how we make up for charging much lower than others states Wright.

Diet Doc provides medically, supervised patient care to people across the USA.We provide a collaborative approach to dieting, which is labor intensive, but effective reports Wright. We work with a team of physicians who are passionate about reducing obesity which is often the cause for many diseases and illnesses reports Wright.

*These weight reduction treatments include oral hCG or an injection of hCG–a drug, which has not been approved by the food and drug administration as safe and effective in the treatment of obesity or weight control. There is no substantial evidence that hCG increases weight loss beyond that resulting from caloric restriction, that it causes a more attractive or “normal” distribution of fat, or that it decreases the hunger and discomfort associated with calorie-restrictive diets. Results may vary and cannot be guaranteed. Medical supervision and compliance with our program is required.
