i tried many ways to build my muscle but i wonder how much protein to build muscle quickly? I had done workouts and gym 2 hours every day but i just seem to build up my muscle. Any recommendation of protein to build muscle quickly is appreciated.

My fitness trainer told me that for maximum muscle gains/growth, I should consume 1.5 grans of protein for every pound(lbs) i weigh daily. So (your weight here) x 1.5 = how many grams i need to consume daily.
