Hi, i want to know the most productive way to get a ripped body when doing p90x. For example, I want to know the amount of protein i need to take, or the types of food i need to be eating etc. i need to get as much information as possible about this because i am totally committed and ready to do p90x, but i want to make sure i am doing it the right way for the next three months. If anyone can help me out for this, i would really appreciate it

Hello…

The easiest way to keep a clean diet is to not eat: fried foods, fast food, sodas, basically throw junk food away!

As far as protein you need 1 gram of protein per pound of weight.

180 pound person needs 180 grams of protein. (preferably from your diet, chicken, fish) But protein shakes can help add protein.

Lift weights everyday, gradually increasing the weight you lift. What I find helpful is if you work one side of your body at a time, like you do your right legs and arms, and then your left legs and arms. You get a longer work out if you do this.
