  4. stigg46 says:

    if you think this guy has small arms …. then you have something wrong with your eyes.

  5. visionimagify says:

    @breakdancer100 No. Steroids is the easy-road. IF you want to gain muscle and mass, you have to eat. If you want to strip the fat away from your body to get more ripped, you need to eat right, weight-lift with HIIT. Don’t need long strides of cardio. That just makes you more tired and strip away muscle you’ve worked hard for.

    @leonmuscle123 lmao bro dont even go there trust me! ive been roiding for a while and trust me my physique is good.

  8. Rochabp says:

    who benches with rubber weights?
    lol
    im sure this guy knows his stuff but to be honest he is kinda small, bot hating just stating the obvious here.

  9. clap5 says:

    Strength, endurence, speed, and flexibility is far more important (to me) then a beach body or bar body. Look at Bruce Lee…this man had all those attributes. It’s what I call pratical or useful muscle. You can look like a big slab of muscle all day long…but when it comes to general health, day to day task, or self defense, it doesn’t make much sense. Look at most of your athletes in MMA, boxing, basketball, baseball, football, olympics, when it comes to high proformance Bigger isn’t better!

  10. breakdancer100 says:

    Its simple to have an impressive physique.

    more muscle = eat right, heavy weight, and steroids

    getting lean = eat right, weight and cardio, and steroids

    after all 6 pack does not equal health. we are just brainwashed to thinking lean is healthy, so if beauty is the goal, then why not use every advantage at your disposal?

  11. imdave1990 says:

    wow just that small tip of lifting the weight up with your legs will help me out. good shit man.

  12. ukcarl1 says:

    thanks for the tips

  13. DaveKarl says:

    This is Vince Delmonte at his best.

  14. nairb2693 says:

    @WilliamIlIl So many people think that weight training stunts growth! It’s not true! Look at Shaq! Look at Arnold Schwarzenegger! They began lifting even before they were 16, yet still grew to their projected size or greater!

  15. LoginErroronu says:

    @LTMagic21

    dumbell :D
    and thanks im getting better too!

  16. LTMagic21 says:

    @LoginErroronu if its a barbell curl, no, its actually very weak. if its two 47lb dumbell, thats pretty good.

  17. TheLeilisa says:

    hey anyone feel short? here is the solution
    ” Helpo Growth Formula ” it worked for me….

  18. rayunseitig says:

    Ok I’ll do that tomorrow.

  19. WilliamIlIl says:

    @LoginErroronu dumbell or barbell?
    On the dumbell i used to do 45lbs for 6 reps, but it’s better to do 10 reps per set with lower weight and good form, it’s better for your bones
    and btw i’m 16, so lower weight and good technique is really important since i’m still growing

  20. Miguelon88888 says:

    I like ur vids

  21. 93stephenbarr says:

  22. LoginErroronu says:

    @LoginErroronu no you suck

  24. LoginErroronu says:

    just a question for people on here.
    My 1 rep max for a bicep curl is 47lbs.. is that a lot?

  25. Mu5clehead says:

    @bighut21 he may be small, but his salary is bigger than all the HUGE trainers earning 50k per year

  26. headshotson says:

    @gameN00b077 you need to lift for power aka mass. for example if you do 12 reps of lets say 100 pounds on bench press, you are lifting for “tone” to gain more muscle and mass faster you would do 2-4 reps of a little below your max bench, get what im saying?…mass=higher weight/less reps

  27. fshfrghedht64 says:

    these to are the best fitness coaches by far if it wasent for people like this i dunno were alot of begginers would be right now

  28. ArabianRhythm says:

    At 1:20, can this be done when seated? and which one is better? standing or seated?

  29. abcasd1 says:

    @gameN00b077 you need to push harder do weights that you can max do 6-8 reps, or do dropsets, or do excerises you dont like to do, idk man ive got the same problem as you

  30. gameN00b077 says:

    lol can someone please tell me whats wrong with me? I’ve been workin out for a year or 2 Got enough protien carbs etc a day and i workout Daily but with a day or 2 of rest so they can grow and rest but i’ve noticed they just get more toned? 34. wubs23 says:

    that guy at the end of the video uses steroids.

  35. wubs23 says:

    @guitarclaydo what exercises do you do? probably, you are using your arms in the lateral raises and triceps in the military press. drop the weight a bit and really focus on just the shoulder.

  36. FortuneSeek3rz says:

    I tried those doggie presses the other day…they’re tough especially if you do them towards the end. Great routine Vince thx

  37. thegreatcb7 says:

    and also, weight doesnt matter, i bench only 120lbs for reps (varying), im 155-160lbs, and I have max benched about 205lbs

  38. thegreatcb7 says:

    LISTEN TO YOUR BODY!!!! people are so crazy about hitten the same amount of reps EVERYTIME! calm down….breath, and as long as you do the same exercises every other day, your gonna build, shoulders can be EASILY built just by doing bench press, works for me..i do 8 reps one day, 12 the next 5 the next, it doesnt matter, as long as that burn is there and as long as your soar the next day lol, your gonna build!

  39. nisarakbari says:

    @guitarclaydo u need to train till failure ur shoulders will defenantly hurt the next and alot of drop sets

  40. probassangler31 says:

    @Holtii14
    you don’t always need to take rest man. using circuits like this guy did helps really burn out the muscles, and allows for more growth. You don’t have to go as intense as he did, but you get the picture. After you finish one circuit, you can rest, then bang out another 1 or 2. that way , you’ll definitely grow.

  41. Holtii14 says:

    its called taking rest, not doing 5minutes straight lol fail

  42. cfcjt93 says:

    Lee Hayward>Vince DelMonte any day. Trade that camera

  49. markh416 says:

    Holy s**t do NOT do anything this guy just showed you. That was like a run through of every motion you should do if you want to tear your f’ing rotator cuffs.

    Vote this idiocy down. If you follow this advice he’s posted in that video you WILL GET HURT!!!!
