@Cruz713mexicanpride okay to make things simple for you.. your workout doesnt really matter as long as youre not lifting more than 8-10 reps unles its a warmup and increase your weight over time. what matters most is how much you eat and sleep. Eating more=bulking, eating less=cutting.. i was also skinny before and from expierience just eat more cuz u’ll have the ripped look also and work your forearms!! they make you look slightly bigger than you are.
im on my good way, but i just broke my finger in a fight this saturday so 1 month no gym for me.. can someone give me advice what i can do 1 month to keep my muscles in good condition..
or shoud i just do nothing 1 month long..
sry for the language, im typing with only my left hand
@Cruz713mexicanpride this all depends on if you’re training for mass or tone, and your diet. Do you want to get bigger muscles or more defined muscles? “ripped” means having a low body fat percentage and “toning” your muscle with high reps/lower weights, if you already have a low body fat percentage it’s probably better for you to build some mass. Generaly speaking though, you will put on mass as long as you increase weights progressively (with correct diet).
@gameN00b077 Yes if you’re trying to build mass you should use a weight that you can’t do more than 8 reps. Also try to do more compound exercises (bench press, squat, deadlift ect..). Remember everyone is different genetically, some people take longer to gain mass and some people shorter, so be patient. As long as you’re making progress then you’re on the right track.
@boboDaKilla well i have compared, i can tell it’s grown just not even close to what i want. It’s not that my muscles are small there big for my size but i’d love to get bigger.. and lower reps huh..haven’t really tried that yet i normally do as many as i can lol
@gameN00b077 Have you compared your body to what you looked like when you started?how many reps do you do per set? if u want to gain size u need heavier weights/lower reps, and make sure ur getting the right diet (1.2-1.5 g protein per pound of your body weight), and try eating six smaller meals instead of 3 big ones a day (and drink lots of water).
im 15 and im skinny. if i go trough a program and actually get ripped, will i have just defenition and still be small or have definition and get bigger??? and if i do stay small with definition, how can i get bigger???
lol can someone please tell me whats wrong with me? I’ve been workin out for a year or 2 Got enough protien carbs etc a day and i workout Daily but with a day or 2 of rest so they can grow and rest but i’ve noticed they just get more toned? They wont stack up or anything that i can tell like they are the same size as a month or 2 ago. I learned all about building and toning them but they just wont grow Someone help me what am i doing wrong?
Is it safe to assume that shrimp is acceptable as your “fish?” I love seafood so if I can throw some scallops and shrimp into my already lean diet I’ll be a happy camper.
@persian123boom I’m making fun of a troll, and you bitch about it. Quit crying and go do something else. Do you think this fag was considerate when making fun of his voice? No so stfu because I’m not going to keep arguing with you. Go talk to your naruto boyfriend and leave me aone, because I’m not even gonna bother reading your comments.

@AGVZ777 its none of our bussiness what this guys preferences are. yea he is a lil old for it and im sure he knows it. but still, you shouldnt make him selfconcious about it.
this is utter bullshit so someone with body fat 22 % can get six pack in 4 weeks yeah right what eva dude you was a skinny ginger fucker before you did the 4 weeks diet program pricks like this piss me off with his misleading information.
ripped in 4 weeks? bullshit. not enough time, unless you’re already close to being ripped as it is. amount of time to get ripped depends on how fat you are.
For anyone that wants to lose weight the ONLY time you take in carbs is morning with breakfast, pre workout, and post workout. Other then that you say goodbye to eating carbs at any other part of the day (Unless its fibrous carbs “Veggies”. And for every person regardless skinny or fat should be taking in at least 1 gram of protein per pound of bodyweight.
@jokekylat If someone is fat I would say lets look at their diet. Regardless what anyone thinks or what their genetics are it simply DOES NOT matter. The problem is not having a structured diet. For a fat person I would automatically say drop carb intake to 200 g per day and less if you are looking to lose weight. Also, a big part of your carb intake is what carbs and knowing when to eat them. Our bodies are little machines, you take in more calories then you need you gain, take less you lose.
@jokekylat Doesn’t matter, regardless if you are are skinny or fat, it comes down to one thing and that is knowledge. Knowledge about dieting and training. If a skinny person can’t gain muscle or a fat person can’t lose weight it’s simply one thing. And that one thing is they are doing something wrong. This is mainly because of lack of the correct diet. Carbs, fats, and protein intake must be planned and practiced everyday to achieve a certain look.
@Griffishep eating habit can be control as i got a friend which used to be fat and now build..
ive ask about his experience and he said for a fat guy like him he used to feel lazy to workout and hungry but then he said “its all in the mind and whether you really want it or not”. but for a skinny person its really hard because it uses alot of money, if you don’t have the money to buy the supplements like protein and weight gainers its really hard.
@jokekylat But the problem with training as a fat person is that you are constantly hungry, while you train. This is especially a problem if you do hardcore cardio. I am guessing you are a skinny person, and I am sure that it is very difficult to gain weight, but as a fat person, I think it is much harder. I cannot even tell you how many times I have gone hungry because I have already eaten too much. Also, fat people have extra skin to deal with which just straight up sucks.
@jokekylat protein shakes bro. the ultimate way to gain bulk weight. this is the most sure fire way. but if you can’t afford em just junk out until you gain about 10-15 pounds and start working out heavily. the fat can be turned into muscle. then when you get some results go on a diet plan for some nice definition. good luck every extra 5000 calories over the first 2000 your body needs a day = 1 pound gained
i followed this advice, it really worked.
Have white rice/new potatoes chicken brocolli and milk as a drink
@Jugoslavija Drink More milk -.-
