Genuine, sound advice. Thanks. I would say his voice is that way because of all the motivational yelling he must do. I personally know someone who was a coach and ended up with same kind of voice.

there is no “fast” muscle building unless you roid or have beginner gains. All half decent programs build muscles as long as you are consistent.

Nice! The little guy really looks like he knows what he’s doing. He’s more muscular than most guys I’ve seen giving instruction.
Constructive criticism? The information you presented was great – but a mic would help get your word out. Wireless – they’re cheap. Also, don’t clap at the beginning of the videos. It drowns out anything important that you have to say.
