@Chistopher949 muscle confussion doesnt let your body adapt to a work out, when u do different workouts the body sends protein to different parts of the body, if u do the same workout everytime ur body will stop sending protein to repair the muscles and u stop getting big

Red meat isn’t really good for getting big, i suggest consuming lean meat such as Chicken and Turkey, but overall, this is a pretty good video. Keep up the good work.
The gastrocnemius muscles are the only calf muscles with the potential for serious immediate growth, best worked with standing calf raises, keeping the feet pointed STRAIGHT with the weight on the big toe (using low reps, high weight).
However, for balanced, aesthetic calves, you must also work the slow twitch muscles (e.g., the tibialis anterior, soleus, etc.).
Experiment with high reps, low weight using reverse calf raises, seated calf raises, and balance exercises on a BOSU ball.
@MASR4 Not really, but If you get them bigger and durable, You can run for a much long period at a fast pace, without feeling that burn in your calves. Hamstringes and quads are for speed.
Can anyone tell me if the rotating them in/out is a danger to your joints or a healthy benifit to them? Like strengthening them. I don’t want hop off and try this and injure my joints.
